A few hours a go, criminal Kagame has handed his presidential candidature credentials to Kagame Electoral Commission. Civil servants who work in the vicinity of Electoral Commission building, where stopped from working and forced to witnessed the arrival of Rwanda’s chief vampire.
In a country where productivity is the lowest in the region, civil servants were stopped from their respective assignments to go a clap for the junta whose fooling himself with a clownism election that is meant to anoint him as a king.
