Rwandese arrested in Uganda are spies and criminals, the only reason the crime rate has gone down is that criminal cells were discovered and members arrested.
Let Kagame explain to Ugandans why the crime rate went down after the Arrest of Kayihura and his group, why after the arrest of all Rwandese cells operating in Ntinda, Kabalagala, Kololo, Kireka etc crime went down.
Kagame wants these men released or sent to prisons so that he can execute them and clean up his image. He knows Uganda has a weak criminal justice system that can manipulate and that he has the money to hire good lawyers, look at lawyers of all these criminals like Rene, Kitata, Kayihura, and others, who pays them?
Why is Kagame only interested in Rene who has already been charged, Rene alone is responsible for murdering 10 people in Uganda and also wanted by ICC.
What happens if those arrested also have Ugandan Nationality call it dual nationality should we just let people come into our country commit crimes and return to Rwanda at will.
South Africa has made it clear murder on its soil has consequences, Uganda can not give Kagame such liberty to walk in and murder people then walk back.
Close your borders no one has the time to talk to about criminals arrested in Uganda, it’s on Record Uganda has many Rwandese that are living freely many of them are in Government, many even post comments on my wall and no one arrests them.
One mistake and Kagame will be no more, another operation inside Uganda will lead to serious consequences.
