Kagame and his DMI are now torturing Victoire Ingabire psychologically.

This is the second week where Nyarugenge prison(1930) direction have put in isolation and denied public visit to Mme Ingabire Victoire Umuhoza;the President of FDU-Inkingi.

This isolation hasn’t any explanation and is only targeting this opposition leader.
