An Executive Summary of the International Criminal Court for Rwanda ( ICTR) investigation report into Kagame and his RPA/F massacres in 1994, the massacres Kagame conveniently and shamelessly markets as Tutsi genocide!
My position on the 1994 massacres in Rwanda is loud and clear: all armed groups that time, including Kagame and some of his RPA/F men and women exterminated people in numbers.
Kagame and his RPF/A killed some Hutu, some Tutsi, some Twa and some foreigners during the 1994 massacres.
The Tutsi genocide narrative is pure lie. There should be an independent group to investigate who killed who during the 1994 massacres. Each group, including Kagame and his RPA/F, must be held accountable for their portion of the 1994 massacres.
