Kagame Is Expropriating People And Spending US$21 Million To Beautify Kigali Ahead Of Hosting Commonwealth -And Laughing To The Bank

The government of General Paul Kagame is spending RWF20.1 billion or US$21 million and expropriating Rwandans to beautify Kigali. This is in preparation for hosting the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) from June 22, 2020. And guess which company is upgrading the Kigali roads and maintaining the international airport?

It is no other than the ruling party’s Crystal Ventures Ltd and its civil engineering and construction subsidiary, NPD Ltd. These companies have captured the Rwandan state. Kagame is laughing all the way to the bank.
