Jack Kayonga is out – he is now former Executive Chairman of Crystal Ventures Ltd. He was sent there the other day – after Mannaseh Nshuti was kicked out. Both Kayonga and Nshuti must report to the police daily. That is the reward you receive for working for a company that owns Rwanda.
Pray for James Gatera. He is the new man at Crystal Ventures Ltd. If he last for 2 years, that will be quite an achievement.
I want to bet that next to be reshuffled is the cabinet. Kagame reshuffles his ministers like he changes his clothes.
