Kigali Investment Company buys UTC at 6.871.150.000 Frw. UTC is a multi storey Mall owned by property, banking and manufacturing tycoon Tribert Rujugiro.
Apart from this shopping mall valued at $20 million, the businessman other properties where also seized in 2012, other properties include a residential mansion located in Gikondo and a tea estate. All these taken by Rwanda’s robbing criminal ruler.
Currently, a number of properties owned by exiled businessman are managed by the government through abandoned property commissions at the district level mandated by a law. This criminal government created this thieving law to steal and rob targeted regime opponents and critics.
Today, Criminal Kagame has decided to make a day time robbery by grabbing Tribert Rujuguro’s property through his company – KIC. Kigali Investment Company is a mafia cartel which trades in illicit petroleum trade and timber in the greatlakes region. This investment company is 100% owned by the criminal ruler and chaired by his brother inlaw – Richard Murefu; with close supervision from Gatera Egide.
Just ignore Paul Karangwa Gashabana and James Rudasingwa, who fronted the bid on behalf of KIC. These are mere DMI push men who run DMI run hotels and lodges in different parts of Africa especially Uganda. They have no single idea in the running or management of KIC and its assets.
KIC also has licence to trade in minirals with vast interest in property development in Rwanda and abroad, namely the gulf countries. It is also involved in money laundering, it is a cover company used in hiding embezzled money done by the criminal ruler.
The 6.871.150.000 Frw is way below the value of the property. Now, this 6.771.150.000 Frw is going to be paid to who? Is the bought out fee going to be paid to Rujugiro? Obviously Not!!!
Is Criminal Paul Kagame under Kigali Investment Company going to pay 6.871.150.000 Frw to criminal Paul Kagame under abandoned property commissions? He is totally paying nothing. Either way, criminal Kagame is paying nothing. Everything has merely been a formality into grabbing the property for free.
