The following crimes and calls for a regime change have been uttered against Charles Tylor of Liberia by Dr. H. Boima Fahnbulleh, Jr., a former presidential candidate during the 1997 election that brought Charles Taylor to power. The same charges are true for Paul Kagame, who is presently the dictator of Rwanda.
Why the Kagame regime must be done away with alltogether? Because the Position of this rotten
regime, created through the craven idiocy, is perilous for Rwanda. The maniacal greed of its gangaster bosses has caused them to become more and more oppressive, the people of Rwanda should and will rise up and say “enough”.Kagame’s regime is not a responsible entity catering for the welfare of its people, but is a bloodthirsty leech which despoils everything in order to make fast money for the gratification of a clique. Rwandan people are helpless victims of the most rapacious cabal that has ever ruled Rwanda. In Rwanda, the people exist in a state of disbelief, numbness, constant fear and shame. They echo whatever is parroted by the clique because they know the consequences of speaking out in a land of death squads and sadistic thugs. Their shame stems from their inability to comment on the obvious tragedy unfolding before their eyes. The brutality and plunder next door in Congo are as evil as the enslavement of the people in Rwanda. In its own country,
Kagame and his clique have mortgaged the entire State to crooks and rogues. They want to export their evil system that
is worse than apartheid to neighboring Congo. The international community is finally waking up and it has condemned the regime in Kigali for its banditry and duplicity in Congo, but this is a minor irritant for these crooks. As long as the condemnation is not followed by concrete action, there will be no change in the action of the rogues who preside over Rwanda. They are only interested in Congo’s natural resources and they will keep on finding ways to loot them, the international community can threaten with its empty harangue, Kagame and the bandits around him are not moved by threats but by concrete action that must manifest itself in a decisive punishment for those who continue to wreak havoc on a defenseless people.
Under normal circumstances, a rascal like Kagame would be censured and dragged before an international court for criminal acts against humanity.

Under normal circumstances, a rascal like Kagame would be censured and dragged before an international court for criminal acts against humanity.
However, these are not normal circumstances because of the peculiar nature of the political tomfoolery in the Great Lakes Region. Where else would a politico-militaro-adventurer would kill more people than the infemous Hitler and get away withit? Paul Kagame is Sadam Hussein and Moamar Kadafi combined, yet the international community [the only
one that can contain this monster because the people of Rwanda are powerless] stands iddle or is doing way too little to hold Kagame accountable for his gross humanitarian abuses in both Rwanda and Congo. Some in the internationalcommunity have been buying lies and skillful manipulation that Kagame’s regime is right for Rwandans and that Kagame is the pillar for peace and stability in the region. By what system of logic would a Kagame be considered a peacemaker in the tragedy in the Congo? Kagame is the one who has been instigating all wars and all political upheavals that have been ravaging Rwanda and Congo for the past 20 years. This vile yahoo should be condemned and ostracized for his criminal proclivity. In refusing to do this, some western leaders have exposed their moral bankruptcy before the world and brought into disrepute their democratic credentials.Talking about moral bankruptcy, some prominent western leaders see nothing wrong with what Kagame and his gang are doing in Rwanda and in Congo. Rwanda is ruled by a Tutsi Clique who oppresses the Hutus and the Twas. They use brutal means to keep dissent voices subjugated. Then, they cross over in Congo and wreck havoc, looting, killing, and raping women. Yet, those leaders shadders at this irresponsibility. No matter what argument is used, those western leaders have shown their callous disregard for the welfare of the African people and they too must stand condemned before history.

Celebrated for stopping the genocide, Kagame ironically committed a genocide of his own by butchering Hutus inside and outside Rwanda
Kagame should answer to rapes in Congo, he should explain the use of child soldiers by his proxy militias in Congo e.g. the infemous M23. Kagame has taken robbery and gangsterism to depths of recklessness and opprobrium. In Rwanda, he is loathed and held in contempt for what he represents: a petty crook who controls state power and has put it at the service of international criminals and hustlers. His regime is a disgrace. We Rwandans must do away with it. The Kagame regime must go! It is an international disgrace. The swansong about “popularly elected government” is hollow. Where criminals rule, their crimes cancel out any semblance of legality. The regime has failed, criminalized the State, and exposed the Patrimony to international ridicule because of the venality and shamelessness of the rogues in power. The people are sovereign but cannot act to remove this regime because they are brutalized and cowed. Repression and terror are on the increase as the people turn their backs on the rascals who hold power. The responsibility to depose Kagame and his clique rests primarily upon Rwandans living outside Rwanda and this must be done by all means. Peaceful means must be put forth first, and the use of force (war) will be our last resort if Kagame remains defiant.John U.USA.jeanu28@hotmail.com
