Kagame’s deadly plan to eliminate people in opposition abroad using some members of Rwanda Diaspora

Rwandese In Diaspora Warned Against Being Lured Into State Sponsored Terrorism against Opposition. Rwandese living abroad have been urged to desist from being lured into activities aimed at training them on how to eliminate their colleagues opposed to the Kigali regime.

According to the opposition in diaspora, Rwandan president Paul Kagame has given instructions to eliminate people in opposition.

“His orders are clear; embassies should call youths under the pretext of Rwanda community leaders/RPF terrorist cells with effect to send these youths based in diaspora for assassination through poison training. The theme of this youths retreat will be, “training on Rwandan history.” A source narrated to this website.

He adds “We kindly request every person in Rwanda community especially those in diaspora to refuse requests from RPF terrorist cells who will be asking parents to send their children for training, and kindly inform police in their respective countries so that police will investigate these RPF/DMI killers”.

“Fellow refugees in Scandinavia strictly Norway, I request should any land on such memo of Rwandan community / RPF terrorist cover cell to share their memo with police for further investigations”.

“Fellow refugees you know it is illegal to give wrong information in regards to your identities while looking for asylum; but many leaders of RPF terrorist cells in diaspora under “Rwandan community” are Congolese, Burundians and Tanzanians. And kindly let police of Scandinavia and globally handle these bloodthirsty killers of dictator Kagame”.

He called on Scandinavian police strictly Norwegian police not to allow Rwandan embassy to turn Scandinavia into abattoir or prisons of truly persecuted Rwandan refugees.

“Fellow Rwandans friends don’t allow your children to go into the hands of these people so that they are trained in hate, discrimination; killing and poisoning those they don’t share beliefs or political opinions”.

Rwandan government is renowned for sending its agents and assassins to eliminate individuals opposed to president Kagame.

In 2011, London police issued an alert of an impending assassination of two Rwandan exiles living in London.

It emerged that the men were visited by officers who told them they were in danger of being killed by a hit man sent by the Rwandan government.

Shortly before the warning was issued, a Rwandan man suspected of involvement was prevented from entering the UK.

London counter-terrorism officers stopped a Rwandan man as he tried to enter the country at Folkestone.

They questioned the unidentified man and turned him away.

The two victims – Rene Mugenzi and Jonathan Musonera – had both been involved in political groups opposed to the ruling party of Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame.

An inquest into the death of an exiled Rwandan ex-spy chief who was found strangled in a luxury Johannesburg hotel in 2014 was last year opened by South African court.

Patrick Karegeya, 53, was living in South Africa when he was killed in a room at the plush Michelangelo Towers hotel in the Johannesburg suburb of Sandton.

Karegeya was head of external intelligence for nearly a decade before falling out with President Paul Kagame.

In 2007 he fled into exile in South Africa, where he became a fierce critic, describing Kagame as a dictator and alleging he had first-hand knowledge of the state killing of Rwandan dissidents abroad.

Another of Kagame’s opponents, former general Kayumba Nyamwasa, survived two assassination attempts in June 2010 in what Pretoria described as an attack by foreign security operatives.

A magistrates court that sentenced four men to eight years in prison for attempted murder in 2014, described the attack as a “politically motivated” assassination plot by the Rwandan government.
