If you want to put pressure on Rwanda’s satanic ruler, just close the aid tap. Criminal Paul Kagame’s junta regime runs and operates on foreign aid which count at around 50% of Rwanda’s national budget.
According to my source within the ministry of finance, bluntly told me that, “Rwanda’s Inland revenue collection of tax receipts has been going down yearly due to economic climate in the country. We have taxed nearly everything including churches and mosques but tax collection receipts are dramatically low.”
And this friend from the Ministry of finance further told me that, “President Kagame’s companies which monopolize the economy under pay the tax and some don’t pay anything, like Inyange industries which last paid taxes in 2014. Forget about figures from our ministry, currently our national budget is around 60% donor funded, around 10% raised loans and 30% from tax collections”
Now, criminal Paul Kagame is under pressure as few donor countries have sent/released their financial support for the 1st quarter in financial year 2018 – 19. According to my source, countries like South Korea and Japan release their financial aid pledges in advance without long bureaucratic paper work. The source notes, that “shockingly, we are soon completing the first financial quarter without receiving any coin from these tiger countries except China.”
The west, especially USA and United Kingdom, are exerting pressure on the junta government to abide by human rights principles, open political space, release political prisoners, allow freedoms of press and expression…etc.
The future hides alot, Rwanda’s criminal ruler and his satanic system are tightly sliding into exit and towards the door where they belong – hell.
For civil servants in the junta government,, better get ready, bad days and economic nightmares are yet to come, forget the current situation, where you’re going for months without being paid salaries and other work benefit/financial recriminations; in months to come, redundancies and forced early retirements will hit different government institutions.
