CRIMINAL PAUL KAGAME APPROVES THE PROPOSAL TO ATTACK – DESTROY- SABOTAGE TRIBERT RUJUGIRO’S FACTORY IN ARUA – UGANDA.
According to a very reliable source, Tribert Rujugiro’s Meridian Tobacco Company in West Nile town of Arua , Uganda, has been approved by criminal Paul Kagame as a terrorist target by his DMI assassins. According to this source, criminal Paul Kagame approved this surgical operation in a meeting with his security chiefs Brig Gen Dan Munyuza – chief security enforcer and current head of Uganda desk, Col Andrew Nyamvumba – head of DMI and Col Anaclet Kalibata – director of external intelligence.

The Angolan president failed to understand the correlation between Tribert Rujugiro’s businesses and the accusions being labelled against Rujugiro. The president of Angola advised criminal Paul Kagame to sue Rujugiro’s businesses in Angola’s courts of law, but for him, it would be a political and legal suicide to close businesses without legal orders.
On bilateral military cooperation, president João Lourenço advised criminal Paul Kagame to approach SADEC secretariat with that proposal. After 2 days in Luanda, Angola, criminal Paul Kagame returned empty handed to his enclave.
