Kagame’s Friend Georgieva, IMF Boss, Boasted She Told Kagame To Apply For Covid19 Loan

Kristalina Georgieva, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director, boasted on Twitter that “I spoke to my friend Pres. @PaulKagame…[and] told him about IMF’s efforts to help African countries fight. #COVID19.” 

Georgieva added that not only has IMF given Rwanda US$109.4 million, there is more to come. “We are working quickly to respond to many other requests!” – said Georgieva. Kagame has friends in high places that coach him. He will need his coaches since his economy has collapsed. Stay tuned.
