Kagame’s Top three bloody musketeers, IGP Dan Munyuza CP Egide Ruzigamanzi, head of crime intelligence and assassin CP Dennis Basabose, head of counter terrorism are prime suspects in the death of celebrated Rwandan Gospel Singer Kizito Mihigo.
They allegedly ordered his strangulation in Kibagabaga safe house where he had been incarcerated since his arrest on 13th February 2020 and his lifeless body was just brought to Remera Police station masterminded awent to a safe house in Kibagabaga where Gospel Singer Kizito was being incarcerated since his arrest on 13th February 20.
