Kagame’s issues with Uganda is it failing to submit to his demands including handing over Rwandan refugees and Rwandan asylum seekers who should be protected under the international law and other conventions. This northern neighbor is also on the wrong side with Rwanda for making it difficult for Rwandan agents from kidnapping, murdering and using security back channels to illegally repatriate these refugees from their settlements back to Rwanda.
He wants Uganda to support his reign of terror against refugees and whoever disagrees with him in Uganda. Little does he know that equally to his aggressive behaviour and arrogance, the same Northern neighbor he claims to have lived and worked, is more than ready to defend herself from his terrorism and will effectively provide to him an applicable doze of medicine to his madness should he dare behave like a rat that has taken Viagra looking for a cat to sex up.
