23 years later, Rwandan president Paul Kagame is still getting away with one of the heinous crimes right at the end of the 20th century, the shooting down of the plane carrying two African presidents – the key element that ignited the Rwandan genocide. Additionally during the Rwandan civil war, the Rwandan genocide and the invasions of the Congo, this war criminal is responsible for the deaths of millions in the region.

We will make sure that history does not just remember the killer Kagame, but those who enabled him.
