I did say that Hon. Kyagulanyi was going to be assassinated by Rwanda in a bid to further discredit President Museveni as a worse leader than him in order to get International justification for his own leadership in Kigali.
KAGAME doesn’t trust Museveni anymore claiming that he has given refugee to those that disagree with the Kigali administration, it’s this basis that Kagame doesn’t want Museveni in Kampala anymore, unfortunately, he believes none of his opponents can remove him by the ballot so he opts to use chaos inform a state break down to chaos.
The last time Bobi was arrested Kampala went cold, a spring of registration came up but didn’t stay long however to Pilato this was a signal that Ugandans can raise up based on emotions so by assassinating a political leader these emotions can raise hence facilitating his chaos which then allows him to move in to protect his interests if you recall how Uganda moved quickly into Sudan.
Rwanda has been playing this dirty game for a while with the latest being a plan to smuggle through a video recording of torture to the CHOGM coming up, this blackmailing game has it’s negatives especially if your intelligence is not good enough as you assume.

Now security agencies have beefed bobi’s security by providing heavily armed UPDF officers well trained from SFC moving close to him.
Look closely at the kind of guns they carry not the ordinary AK47 carried by normal soldiers and police officers, these are combat guns designed to take out any force that approaches Bobi Wine, this is clear confirmation of my intelligence that indeed the assassination is close, also moving with Bobi is plain clothed security personnel gathering intelligence on who may be targeting him.
