RWANDA’S DIRECTORATE OF MILITARY INTELLIGENCE GIRLS.
They are identified and selectively recruited for training, they are well trained in all concept of assassination, they are taught deception mechanisms (Lies and pretence), they are trained information gathering and collection methodologies, they are lectured in human handling techniques, they are taught surveillance techniques, they are extensively trained in handling, transporting and distribution of poison, they are taught how to deceive interrogations/interrogators once caught, they are turned into ruthless and merciless operatives, they eliminate without second thought, they can handle weaponry with ease, they are taught to worship the supreme leader – Paul Kagame and hate to the core anyone who questions criminal Paul Kagame’s dictatorship…..etc.
After comprehensive training, they are deployed allover the world, especially in countries, cities and towns with large Rwandan communities. Through different means, they are supported to get jobs in sensitive sectors in different jurisdictions.
Ladies and gentlemen, these well trained females are at the forefront of criminal Paul Kagame’s Directorate of Military Intelligence rapprochement. Late Brigadier General Noble Mayombo used to refer them as, “Paul Kagame’s kamikaze assassins.”
