Those Murdered were Joshua and his Girls Merina, Merina is also a known girlfriend to Mark Rugenza a known Rwandan intelligence agent operating bars in Kampala and Mbarara.
Mark is the Proprietor of Gabiro Bar In Bugolobi commonly known as Gabz Louge and Desert Louge in Mbarara. For a while now security has been monitoring Mark and his associates on allegations of supporting criminal activities.
His bars are known for high concentration of DMI suspected agents including a Rwandan known operative also diplomat Ismeal Baguma, his bars are a frequent hang venue for Pilato’s cousin who is monitored.
Rugenza started out as Mutembeyi and suddenly became a billionaire buying up two of the most popular bars in Kampala and Mbarara. His bars have been meeting points Rwandan DMI agents as they planned their operations.
Rugenza has several women the current of whom is a young slay queen by the names of Ukunda Fiona. Joshua and Merina are believed to have been having and affair and Rugenza was aware.
