On the 30th of November 2013, Rwandans in Belgium witnessed the real essence of political ignorance from RPF delegation that had come to Brussels from Rwanda; to lecture a madman’s ideology of Ndi Umunyarwanda. While Rwandan political commentators in Diaspora where shocked by Francis Kaboneka’s ignorance; for Rwandans inside the country consider this man as an irrelevant ignorant.
Francis Kaboneka confirmed to the gathering in Belgium that the RPF shot and killed people, and this man should know that his speech will be proof for him to be brought before the courts of law as a witness in RPF’s killings. But obviously this ignorant man assumes that the RPF will be in power indefinitely.

Give power to a villager and a semi illiterate individual, the outcome will be behavioural cheapness. Francis Kaboneka is a man who was born in a village and grew up in village only to be saved by Jack Nziza in 2008, with a mission to spy for him in the Rwandan parliament. Whenever this man talks he shows village treats and this is a trend among RPF and past leaders. I apologise to those who grew up in villages, but the fact remains that Rwanda is suffering and has suffered at the hands of villagers who portray high level of ignorance.
Today’s article will be looking at political may hem in Kigali and Kampala where political intrigue is the main cause of political insecurity in the great lakes region. The article will also analyse at how Kabila’s spy network have beaten Paul Kagame’s spies at their own game.

On the 30th November 2013; Jeannette Kagame, Ambassador Eugene Gasana and his wife visited a new posh mansion that was bought by the Kagames through corrupt funds. This building according to reliable sources is situated in Potomac Washington DC a long Bent cross drive. While Rwandans are seeing their living standard fall drastically to the extent that Rwandans are turning into total beggars; the Kagames are amassing wealth through high level corruption and economic destruction.

On the 4th November 2013, an invitation was sent to the Rwandan minister of health Dr Agnes Binagwaho to be one of the main speakers at a global fund summit in Washington DC. When Gold digger Jeannette Kagame had of this invitation, she decided to highjack the invitation and represent Rwanda at this summit instead of Dr Agnes Binagwaho. This summit was aimed to bring to gather heath ministers, malaria and Aids experts from all over the world; when Jeannette Kagame decided to represent Rwanda at the global fund summit it left officials at the ministry of health in Rwanda shocked.
Like her husband, Jeannette Kagame loves her image and she would like to be the centre stage of all actions in Rwanda and abroad. Unfortunately their egos will be their down falls. During the 2nd of December 2013 Global fund summit in Washington, Gold digger Jeannette Kagame was the only first lady that was present not because they invited her, but because she took an invitation meant for Rwanda’s health minister.

Reliable sources within Village Urugwiro have informed Ikaze Iwacu that Dictator Paul Kagame of recently has been suffering constant migraine headache and stomach ulcer attacks have also increased; this informer continued to tell Ikaze Iwacu that his personal Doctors have told him to have sufficient rest and sleeps; but due to political pressures from all corners, Dictator Paul Kagame is not heeding to this advice; currently Paul Kagame is sleeping around three hours per day.

For those who were able to see Dictator Paul Kagame during the recent Umushyikirano summit, the dictator looked exhausted, tired and out of place. Paul Kagame’s personal doctors have also advised him that in the near future he will need an operation to treat his stomach ulcers as they are becoming worse.
His stomach ulcers have become worse that in the past weeks Dictator Paul Kagame has been eating baby food or smashed food, soup and drinking too much yogurt milk. Those who know Paul Kagame a test that the Dictator kills, eliminates, beats and slaps more people when he is under stomach ulcer attack; as his emotions and behaviours becomes uncontrollable.

For months Ikaze Iwacu has been informing its readers the influence and power of Jeannette Kagame, but the most shocking information that Ikaze Iwacu has retained from reliable informers is that before the appointment of General Patrick Nyamvumba as Chief of Defence Forces; Patrick Nyamvumba was invited for a job interview by Jeannette Kagame. Jeannette Kagame wanted to be sure of Patrick Nyavumba’s loyalty knowing that it’s her that made his wife to flee to Toronto in Canada.
In a meeting that was hosted by Jeannette Kagame and held on the 16th of June 2013 at village Urugwiro; in the presence of Jack Nziza and Paul Kagame, General Patrick Nyamvumba was told that they want to appoint him as the Chief of Defence Staff as Gen. Charles Kayonga had become a threat or ikigarasha. During this meeting Gold digger Jeannette Kagame grilled Patrick Nyamvumba with questions about his wife and why she shouldn’t return back to Rwanda.
In this meeting Patrick Nyamvumba assured mainly Jeannette Kagame that he will be loyal to her and her husband; he also assured the loyalty of his wife and it was after this grilling that General Patrick Nyamvumba was assured of the post as chief of Rwanda’s defence forces. If there is anyone who expects any Coup d’état from Kagame’s corporals please know that it is a farfetched illusion, as the country has no single General but a combination of criminals and Kagame’s house boys with no single ambition.

Ikaze Iwacu readers should know that Suzan Mutabaruka Nyamvumba fled the country due to DMI harassments under the instructions of Jeannette Kagame. DMI agents started to spread rumours that Suzan is having a love affair with Emmanuel Karenzi Karake. As the Ugandan journalist and a DMI agent in Kampala Andrew Mwenda once told Capital radio in 2010 that “Emmanuel Karenzi Karake has been arrested due to his indiscipline behaviours of having an affair with a wife of another army officer.” This officer that Andrew Mwenda was talking about was Patrick Nyavumba and his wife Suzan Nyamvumba.
Unfortunately despite the humiliation imputed to him and her wife; Patrick Nyamvumba has decided to continue to serve this criminal empire and to every one’s amusement even his wife Suzan Nyamvumba has been appointed as an external collection informant for DMI with a direct access to Karenzi Karake the director of National Security Services. These shows how people are cheap to the extent that money can make them even eat their own vomits.
Nakasero state house news (Kampala)
On the 29th of November 2013, East African leaders with the exception of president Jakaya Kikwete were flocking Kampala for the East African head of state summit. On this day Ugandan officials were not sure whether President Kikwete was going to attend the 15th East African Community summit. An official within Nakasero state house told Ikaze iwacu that“All the Tanzanian officials were in town, Uganda as the organiser of the summit did not know when and how president Kikwete would arrive; President Kikwete no longer trusts our president Museveni.”
On the 30th of November 2013, on the day of the summit the plane carrying the Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete was escorted by four jet fighters from the Tanzanian air force up to Entebbe airport in Uganda. The security of President Jakaya Kikwete’s plane at the airport ground was exclusively guarded by Tanzanian DMI officers. The Tanzanian security officials did not allow any Ugandan officials to be near the Tanzanian presidential plane.

From Entebbe airport President Kikwete went straight to Munyonyo resort to join other dignitaries. To the surprise of Ugandan officials at Munyonyo resort; President Jakaya Kikwete did not drink anything served to him, he only drunk the water provided to him by his own security officers. Reliable sources have also told Ikaze Iwacu that even during the luncheon meal that was organised by president Museveni; a Tanzanian doctor was testing the food at the Munyoyo kitchen before being served to President Kikwete and two Tanzanian cooks were in the Kitchen supervising how the presidential foods were being prepared.
On the same day after the meeting President Kikwete flew back to Tanzania quickly joined by the four jets from the Tanzanian military air force, working as air cover from any surface to air missiles may be fired from Ugandan soil. Ikaze Iwacu contacted several sources within the Tanzanian intelligence services who confirmed the story and one of the officer told Ikaze Iwacu that “Tanzania has information that Kampala is flooded with Rwandan Intelligence services personnel who are manning all posts in Uganda. It was because of this information and other intelligence gatherings that made us to take the precautions that we did in order to protect Rahisi Jakaya Kikwete.”
President Yoweri Museveni’s health
Uganda’s Dictator Yoweri Museveni is a ruler that has been in power for more than 27 years, but since 2010 his health situation has been deteriorating; than retiring and acceding from power so that he may take care of his health and be free from stress. Dictator Museveni has decided to act contrary to that; with egoistic love for power.

In 2010 Dictator Museveni had a mini stroke that affected the right side of his body and he had to undergo months of physiotherapy and in 2012 he had to undergo a heart bypass in India; a medical trip that was made under high secrecy. Reliable informers within Nakasero have told Ikaze Iwacu that Dictator Museveni is also a diabetic sufferer who constantly has to visit the toilets to Urinate.
Our reliable informers have also told Ikaze Iwacu that Dictator Museveni’s personal doctors have advised him to retire as he is medically unfit to run the Country. But as Benazir Bhutto once said that, “dictators have no brain; they are consumed with power that they even forget their names and the state of their health.” On this case the Ugandan dictator would rather die in power than resign in order to take care of his health.

For the past 19 years the Rwanda’s intelligence services had gained credence and respect among regional operatives; but of recently Kagame’s intelligence operatives are being considered as rogue, primitive and ruthless with no operational skills of proper intelligence officers. Dictator Paul Kagame’s DMI boys have been beaten at their own games in Congo.
The war to defeat the M23/RDF was won from different fronts; but Congolese have not credited their intelligence officers for their great work in smoking out Rwanda’s DMI operatives who were roaming in all Congolese Cities that is from Goma to Kinshasa.

Gen Jean- Claude Yav is the head of Congelese DMI, since the beginning of this year Gen Jean- Claude Yav, who is also a Swahili speaker embarked on what he called counter intelligence of identifying soldiers within FARDC who were working or being suspected of passing military operation plans to RDF/M23.
A senior FARDC officer told Ikaze Iwacu that Gen Yav’s office is now well financed and it’s able to counter Rwanda’s DMI operations in the Congo. Gen Yav was able to hand a list of senior FARDC officers where in one way or another in contact with the RDF/M23 and Rwanda’s DMI. President Joseph Kabila was able to call these officers to Kinshasa for a meeting and in this meeting President Kabila informed them about their relationship with Rwanda’s DMI and they were made to stay in Kinshasa with minor appointments within the FARDC.
It was also Gen Jean Claude Yav through his intelligence network that he was able to Identify Colonel Mamadou Mustapha Ndala and presented him to President Kabila as a trusted man to lead the counter insurgency war against the M23/RDF. That is when Colonel Ndala who was then lieutenant Colonel was transferred to Eastern Congo as operational commander.
Gen Jean Claude Yav has created an information gathering link with some elements within RDF; the Congolese DMI receives constant intelligence messages from RDF that is why the FARDC were able to systematically destroy the RDF/M23. As all their moves and plans would be detected by the FARDC and the FARDC would adjust accordingly.
During President Joseph Kabila’s speech on the 1st of December in Goma; the president was able to remind the citizens of Goma that the enemy is still planning to attack Congo and president Kabila stated that the enemy will never allow eastern Congo to be free. President Joseph Kabila and the Congolese DMI have viable and detailed information of Paul Kagame’s devilish plans.

Kalev Mutond is the director of Congo’s Agence Nationale de Renseignement (ANR), which means Congo’s security services that gathers both external and internal security information. Mr. Mutond has excelled in re-organising the Congolese intelligence services that was initially been penetrated by Kagame’s DMI.

Kalev Mutond previously working with the Rwandan Intelligence was able to learn one important lesson within the Rwandans intelligence; and this important lesson was the use of money by Paul Kagame’s boys. With this in mind, Kalev Mutond was able to use money to counter Paul Kagame’s intelligence operatives.
Congolese intelligence boys are now well funded; a Ugandan DMI officer told Ikaze Iwacu that “Congolese external intelligence boys are now well funded in the region; here in Kampala their flocking with unlimited money. With money all information can be attained.”
Kalev Mutond’s boys are out manoeuvring Kagame’s thugs in the region; he has created important intelligence contacts in the region to the extent that Congolese intelligence officials know the daily movements of Jack Nziza and his boss Paul Kagame. This is evident with President Joseph Kabila’s confidence as a president.
Kalev Mutond’s contact with former M23 rebels in Uganda
While regional political commentators and Congolese alike are bemused at how President Joseph Kabila is trying to sign an agreement with M23’s defeated forces in Kampala. President Joseph Kabila has received reliable information that the former M23 rebels based in Kasese have learnt a hard lesson to the extent that they are the most adherent haters of Paul Kagame.
Kalev Mutond’s boys in Kampala have provided a well detailed report indicating that those boys in Kasese and their officers are now harmless. It’s important to inform Ikaze Iwacu readers that these boys are in constant talks with Congolese Intelligence personels and some have asked the Ugandan government to be allowed to return back to their homelands in the Congo.
Reliable sources from Palais de la nation in Kinshasa have told Ikaze Iwacu that the M23 Makenga branch has created a rapport to the extent that Sultan Makenga is willing to go and face justice in Kinshasa as long as he receives fair justice. President Joseph Kabila is now riding with high confidence because his intelligence boys are doing great and excellent work in countering Paul Kagame’s thugs in the region.

I would like to conclude by quoting the words of wisdom spoke by president Barrack Obama during the urology of President Nelson Mandela. Obama stated that “We, too, must act on behalf of justice. We, too, must act on behalf of peace. There are too many of us who happily embrace Madiba’s legacy of racial reconciliation, but passionately resist even modest reforms that would challenge chronic poverty and growing inequality. There are too many leaders who claim solidarity with Madiba’s struggle for freedom, but do not tolerate dissent from their own people. And there are too many of us who stand on the sidelines, comfortable in complacency or cynicism when our voices must be heard.”
Unfortunately Dictator Paul Kagame was not in South Africa to listen to Obama’s speech.
