Goons of Kagame and Kale Kayihura have put Cyanika on fire to prove to President Museveni how Kisoro can’t be managed without Rwandan IGP Kale Kayihura in the Ugandan police uniforms.
Kayihura said criminality will not be ended by firing him and Kigali has been so much concerned how rebels against Burundi and Congo will be moving around without the hands of Kale Kayihura.
Uganda soon will be put on fire to prove how important Kale Kayihura has been but I have trust in Ugandan intelligence and this could mark the end the arrogance of some political bankrupt fellows across the mountain.
