President Museven of Uganda believes the European Union erred by imposing Sanctions on Burundi. I concur.
Museveni said this at the EAC HoS Summit. I guess Museveni’s statement at the EAC Summit did not go down well with Kagame. That’s not something Kagame wanted to hear from the regional Summit. It’s a strong statement, at least politically.
Museveni’s statement must have left Kagame crapping his pants.
