I don’t agree with Kagame Paul supporters who always want to advance his propagandist agenda of his “arsonist” kind of and miraculous development under his dictatorship and his perpetual and serial killings at the detriment of freedom, democracy and respect of human life of the people he has been killing since 01/10/1990 up to now in 2017. Which is better between losing human life every day and have the so called structures which you even will never see or benefit anything from. As for I can opt and choose living my life in freedom and peace without those structures. Whose that so called fast, miraculous and “arsonist” type of development of Paul Kagame is since his job is first of all to kill the people of Rwanda endlessly as if it his only hobby that he can have in this world? Some people have been so much duped and cheated about Rwanda so much that they think that Kagame Paul is an extra person who has done special things which other people can’t do in Rwanda or elsewhere. They have lionized Paul Kagame so much that when it comes to his criminal records of gross human rights violations they became mute and their eyes wants only to see those so called tall buildings in Kigali forgetting that they are being put up simultaneously with sacrificing a lot of human life. Who profited from them by the way? Only Paul Kagame and his ruling party RPF. This tall buildings in Kigali have no impact on the daily today lives of Rwandan people.
It is unfortunately in fact that Kagame Paul is always being praised on the basis of Rwandan genocide and where Rwanda is today as if he is an angel where Rwanda tragedy is concerned. How I wish they could know how Paul Kagame really is the author, the mastermind of the very genocide and he wanted it to be the way it happened and even worse than that, because he never cared about any human life at all. Kagame Paul has now found a business in using the same Rwandan genocide where he gets a lot of aid but only to make his own pockets big and heavy whereby even the survives of the same genocide for which he has been but wrongly given fame and credit are dying of hunger and famine and continue to live in total misery and poverty despite all the supports Paul Kagame and his government receive from many well-wishers in order to help them. It sounds as if whoever praises Paul Kagame for any progress in Rwanda wants to tell me that what for example Al Shabab, Boko Haram, ISIS are doing in killing people should be supported and lauded as if development should only come out bloodshed and that loving, caring, and peaceful leaders don’t develop their countries! That is purely what RPF Kagame Paul have been doing since they attacked Rwanda on 01/10/1990. They have not stopped doing that. And this should not be forgotten instead Kagame Paul should start being cautioned and arrested to answer to his criminal responsibility in Rwanda rather than hiding himself behind the so called fast and miraculous but phantomic development progress. The uniqueness of Kagame Paul is that Kagame Paul is the only serial killer who has received so much praise, fame and wards and not instead followed by any justice like other like Charles Taylor, Laurent Gbagbo, and El Bashir … and his crimes have never been condemned by anyone in this world. This gives Kagame more confidence, impunity and immunity to continue doing so without any boundaries till his only death will save us.
Now under Habyarimana Juvenal yes there was not so many technological discoveries as it is now so that all what he did or a little should be emitted and published like it is now under Kagame Paul who actually spends a lot money on communication and building up self-image. This was not a big deal during the time of Habyarimana. Looking at the foreign financial aid that Kagame Paul has been receiving and compared it with Habyarimana was being given you can’t even dare to think that Rwanda can look the way it is looking now. Under Habyrimana Juvenal for example there was no chronic hunger and famine like it is now under Paul Kagame. But Paul Kagame as a man of shows, he does not want to let people know that Rwandans are starving, for example, since he fears to be questioned about where he takes the money he receives from the donors. Under Kagame Paul Rwandan people are not paid their salaries monthly for those who have jobs but unfortunately this sad and inhuman treatment of workers in Rwanda now cannot be broken out by any one, since there no independent voice in Rwanda which can be the voice of the voiceless majority in that country. How many people in Rwanda who can’t afford to go to school under Paul Kagame due to lack of schools fees because of chronic and rampant poverty and yet Kagame Paul cheats and lies that he has promoted education in Rwanda and he still dupes the whole world that education in Rwanda is free? If education in Rwanda is really free then where does Paul Kagame take the heavy aid supports in money he receives from donors for education? Yet under Habyarimana there were few schools and those who went to university e even to secondary schools were only few who were said to be allowed, depending on the capacities in schools at that time. This time Kagame say he has built many schools but look at the quality education from those schools. Under Kagame Paul too only the “elite” in Rwanda can only be allowed to go to schools like in good secondary or even universities. Put aside the so called Rwandan genocide whose Kagame Paul is directly responsible for but has not been charged against, there so many people who die, who have died and who are still dying, being killed every day under Paul Kagame than those who died or were killed under Habyrimana Juvenal for political reasons. Look at prisons in Rwanda, they are full of innumerable political leaders who dared Kagame Paul and ended up landing themselves in those prisons if they were not killed or exiled. Look at politicians who are in prison in Rwanda for simply expressing their personal opinions. It was never the case under Habyrimana Juenal. When parading on development under Kagame Paul, those so called building in Rwanda are for Paul Kagame, his family, his government official and his RPF ruling party cadres only.
How many people in Rwanda are allowed for example to have a hotels in Rwanda or any other big business if RPF or Kagame Paul doesn’t have shares in them? They choose to destroy them instead, for example Kagame Paul has destroyed the hotels and all the businesses of Assinapol Rwigara and he has ceased and grabbed all others as well simply because he refused to give him and his RPF party shares. Rujugiro Ayabatwa and Ndamage to mention but a few have also lost their big businesses in Rwanda in the hands of Paul Kagame and RPF cadres for the same reason. All these people whom Kagame Paul is persecuting and killing and whose businesses he is destroying here and there, too have prospered and developed their business under Habyarimana Juvenal, because he never interfered with personal and private life and properties of the individuals. Under Kagame Paul for example soldiers, police, RPF militia and cadres beat people every day and they up root their crops so that they kept them in hunger. RPF has brought about cooperative which are branches of its business to suck people. For example teachers in Rwanda are made to sign forms of giving half of their salaries to RPF/Kagame Paul for the rest of 6 months and they are being forced to so from the pinuts and meagre salaries. Check on how salaries are in Rwandan for example compared to Zambia or any other country in the region like salary of the teachers especially. You can collapse in case of Rwanda by hearing about how workers in Rwanda can’t even afford to buy for themselves a piece of cloths because of meager salaries and the influence Paul Kagame and RPF have on their daily life .There is no other country in where in the world which can do what Kagame Paul do against workers in Rwanda. Where can a worker accept to be sharing his small salary with a political party cadre except in Rwanda of Paul Kagame? Check on unemployment rate under Paul Kagame. It is never talked about, because Kagame Paul cannot allow that but it is too high although he encourages youths now to start training hard so that he can create a war somewhere and then they find job through the same registration in military wars. The only job Paul Kagame promise to create for the youths of Rwanda is that he has to find where he can start war so that they can be deployed as soldiers then unemployment will be reduced. How many people can afford a meal in Rwanda per a week under Paul Kagame? Those who praise Paul Kagame, do they understand what it means to starve for the rest of their lives? Have they been hungry even one single day to feel how hunger is bad?
Now think on the majority of the citizens of Rwanda who go hungry every day, every month and for the whole year finally! If really Kagame Paul is popular and famous in Rwanda why does he fear freedom, democracy and independent media to operate in Rwanda? Why does he continues killing those he sees as his enemies and unwanted elements all those learned and enlightened for fear to be challenged by them? Those who support criminal Paul Kagame I can give them one friendly advice: To find out how they can be killed by someone like Paul Kagame or something else like terrorism of ISIS or Boko Harama or water or earthquake, and then after they have died, they can come back and start telling us how they felt good by being killed and how a dead &killed person can be enjoying the so called development of Paul Kagame after he has killed them” or if they think it is hard for them to do so, they can also ask one their family members, relatives or best friends, volunteer to be killed & to die and they have been killed &died they can come back and start sharing with us how Kagame Paul progress they exchange with human life is better than staying alive in this world! Let them try to do that exercise one day and feel what I am talking about! I challenge them to try and do this “noble act” of being killed&dying for them! Why is Rwanda under state of emergency for over 23 years? Why Rwanda is a military and a police state under Paul Kagame until when no one knows? Paul Kagame uses many and powerful lobbyists who campaign for him and a lot of media and international newspapers to publicize just a little he makes or he does. He is a good “performer” in shows which many leaders don’t even do despite all what they score in their countries. Kagame Paul called rapid or “arsonist” like development is based on lies, propaganda and deception and duping and manipulated figures to continue receiving funds for his personal enrichment only and to keep him in power for ever only. That is why he can’t leave power in Rwanda.
Among the supporters of Kagame Paul who can accept to work for the whole year for free without getting his or her salary when his or her salary is going into the pockets of the political cadres of RPF like it is done in Rwanda under Paul Kagame? Where else can that be accepted if not in a totalitarian regime like Rwanda? What Kagame Paul is calling “KWIHESHA AGACIRO” while killing people with poverty? Yet Kagame Paul says he wants to make Rwanda his “Singapore of Africa.” But He killed Habyraimana when his Rwanda was too being called or considered like “Switzerland of Africa” because of peace, stability, and the economic development at least compared to the countries in the region. Can someone tell me why Kagame Paul has made “UMUGANDA” a law in Rwanda now but when he was telling Rwandans when he attacked Rwanda that “UMUGANDA” was a way of slavery done by Habyarimana Juvenal who instituted it some 40 years ago? Habyarimana Juvenal instated “UMUGANDA” some 40 years ago but he never made it “do or die” thing in the country like it is now under Paul Kagame. So really there is nothing so special that Kagame Paul has done for Rwanda, which should make him to cling to power for life, and which no one else could not have done for Rwanda or elsewhere in the world, if he opened the political space and allowed Rwandans to be free since we are living like slaves and prisons in our own land. Paul Kagame is free to keep his so called fast and “arsonist” type of economic development growth but he should stop killing people What people want is just to live and not to be killed in the name of development. What indices do the people who support Paul Kagame use in order to evaluate all the informations that he publishes out about his so called development when there is no other alternative in Rwanda to challenge the narrative of Paul Kagame when there is no check and balance system in the country of Rwanda? Paul Kagame has won praises too of using well the aid he receives from the donors. If what he gets is for personal use and for his family and his own ruling part RPF and its cadres yes people can say that probably he uses it well and accordingly. But if the aid that Paul Kagame receives from donors is meant to improve the lives of Rwandan people, then he is the worst of tall the corrupt people that the world has ever known. Since he is never concerned by the wellbeing of the Rwandan citizens really. Supporters of Paul Kagame praise him that he has curved corruption in Rwanda. This is not true and a pure lie. If corruption in Rwanda is zero, then the only corrupt person of high caliber who remains in Rwanda is Paul Kagame himself, his government officials and his RPF cadres. Kagame Paul has exploited so well what I can call the “naivety” of the International community and of his donors and cooperate partners who just accept and believe in his falsified and fake figures from Rwanda without any checking and balance of his narrative in order to see if what he writes on papers and his economic reports correspond really with the life reality of the people in Rwanda!
President Juvenal Habyarimana was accused by many and by Kagame Paul/RPF of making “AKAZU” during his reign but “AGATSIKO” of Paul Kagame is worse, brutal and ruthless than “AKAZU” of Habyarimana Juvenal and AGATSIKO is seemingly there to stay for ever and ever with Rwanda. Habyarimana is gone but Paul Kagame is going nowhere just like a cancer disease in Rwanda. My question is always simple: why did Paul Kagame kill Habyarimana Juvnal whom he was accusing of leading Rwanda for so long (18 years only), when him wants now to rule over Rwanda for the rest of his life like a monarch? What does Kagame Paul try to hide about himself, his historical records and his leadership? What is he afraid of when he sees or hears about the learned and intellectuals in Rwanda? For me President Habyarimana Juvenal was better, because he never killed people in Rwanda every day like a hobby, he never terrorized or intimidated people, he never kidnaped people, he never starved the people of Rwanda intentionally, he never accumulated the country’s resources and wealthy for himself or for his political party or for his family, as his family is still alive, one can go and check on how they are living; He never interfered in private and personal businesses of the people, he promoted peace, unity and harmony among the people, his development was a shared one among all the citizens, especially in rural areas, he never paraded and showed off for a little he did or made for the people, he was never concerned by building up his own image or his personal tall buildings only, he never criminalized or penalized Rwandans who farmed what they wanted and what could sustain their lives to prevent against chronic, deliberate and willed hunger and famine of the citizens by the government, but of Kagame Paul, his riches is not the riches of all the Rwandans and is intentions are to make Rwandan people be poor forever. It is a pity that Paul Kagame is just in the ground playing alone and against himself alone without any opposite team against him and he keeps on comparing himself to the one he killed, Habyarimana Juvenal who is not there. Why then cant he allow another third leader who can be his peaceful challenger even while he is still alive so that we can see and prove that he was really the only president who can do arsonist progress development in Rwanda and take it where no one else can do and his predecessor Habyarimana Juvenal whom he cleared himself.
Now my question is still on: who is better between Late President Habyaramina Juvenal and Rwanda, his “Switzerland of Africa”, where human life was at least not at stake for ever and Paul Kagame and Rwanda, his “Singapore of Africa?” today, where human life is really being brutally and mercilessly lost every day just for the sake of power hungry and for political gains only? CHECKS AND BALANCE MECHANISM IS NEEDED IN RWANDA IN ORDERTO PROVE TO THE WHOLE WORLD THAT THE LEADERSHIP AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN AN”ARSONIST” WAY OF PAUL KAGAME/RPF IS REALLY BUILT ON LIES, PROPAGANDA AND LOBBYING.
