Ange Kagame the daughter of Rwanda’s prolific serial killer has been appointed in president’s office, as the communication director – coordinator in charge of social media. Her main task will be to coordinate the existing social media team which operates at the Rwanda Development Board building in Kigali – Rwanda. The role was previously held by Yolande Makolo who is also the presidential spokes-woman.
Her assignment will be to coordinate the work of protecting, enhancing and re-branding the image of dictator Paul Kagame. At the same time, coordinating social media attacks against Paul Kagame’s most adherent political critics.
The task of finding positive messages for dictator Paul Kagame and translating them into positive media stories won’t be easy. The Brand, Paul Kagame is expired; and tainted in all sorts of political and economic criminality.
