Notorious Directorate of Military Intelligence operative (External wing) Lawrence Muganga appoints Bad Black as Victoria “University” brand ambassador. All Ugandans know who is Black Black, her resume is clear to everyone.
For those who have studied/have trained in Military Intelligence will understand the concept of Intelligence deviation/diversion. This appointment is what will call in military intelligence as focus diversion – confusing trackers. Allow gullible to focus on useless stuff while running critical operation(s).
Notorious DMI operative Lawrence Muganga is a trained operative, his not any cup of tea. Behind his moves there are DMI plannings of assassin Col Joseph Rutabana – Rwanda’s ambassador to Uganda, serial killer Col James Burabyo – Rwanda’s Defence attaché in Uganda and bloodthirsty assassin Ismail Baguma – Rwanda’s police attaché to Uganda.
Just ignore this circus of appointing Bad Black as a brand ambassador of a failed institution that doesn’t deserve to be allowed to operate as a university because it doesn’t meet any single criteria of a higher institution; and focus on hidden plans of notorious assassin Lawrence Muganga et al.
They are ruthless, well focused, well embedded and well financed with clear plans. And for corporal, exposing these killers is my personal assignment, not forgotten that in 2015 notorious assassin Lawrence Muganga was always threatening me while commenting on my posts that questioned the excesses of criminal Paul Kagame and his band of killers. Then the thug disappeared from Facebook, then resurrected in Kampala with a new Facebook account under the guise of a professional figure.
A thug/killer is always a thug/killer.
