Former Burundian leader Sylvestre Ntibantunganya, who is leading the East African Community delegation to the Tanzanian elections, praised the outcome of the election.
He urges those who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the election to abide by what the Constitution and the Electoral Law in Tanzania say, and put the welfare of Tanzanians first, especially peace and security.
