Mutabazi’s brother, Jackson Karemera said it all started in 2011 with the former hiding a gun at his uncle Eugene Mutamba’s residence in Rwamagane, Rwanda. At the time, Mutabazi was a serving army officer with the Presidential Guard Brigade. LOL, please read this sad and funny story.
