The Satanic system is in panic, now, under DMI owned media- Kigali Today (KT), a statement was released by this Media outlet purporting that Rwanda’s police has started investigating all those Rwandans who have been returning to Rwanda claiming they were tortured in Uganda.
According to KT media which is owned by Rwanda’s Directorate of Military Intelligence (DMI), the police is investigating on intelligence information that some returning and claiming to have been tortured in Uganda are operatives of Rwanda National Congress (RNC) who are on a spying operation.
Kigali Today notes, “Rwanda police starts investigating all those Rwandese who who returned home claiming they were tortured in Uganda saying they might be spies sent by opposition party Rwanda National Congress (RNC) to spy on the country.”
