In my Kafunda, where we corporals seat for cheap marwa, people are on Russia – Ukraine war like a premier league game. None is talking of the people who are dying over a nonsense war, Putin’s dream war of reconstructing USSR (read his different thesis). Usually, in my Kafunda the locals are usually yapping on how Uganda is bleeding, how they are going to remove a dictator, how Kagame smells danger from a mile, how Bobi is better than Besigye, how Ssegirinya would turn Uganda another Dubai, how e meri ya america eri e Mombasa will remove Museveni….etc; but Russia Ukraine war has dominated the shouting in this marwa kafunda. They have forgotten everything else, they are on Putin, America and Ukraine. As usual, we corporals, we listen quietly and learn from the locals.
Those people who have studied military and civil intelligence know very well that war diverts humans …..and Dictator Paul Kagame is good at this deception, war deceptions or wrong flag operations aimed at diverting his internal audience (wananchi).
