President Museveni should not talk to Kagame, there is no need for talks with a cold blooded Killer, Uganda shouldn’t negotiate with a terrorist like Kagame.
He has sponsored terror attacks on Uganda, he has kidnapped and executed people from Uganda, and he has supported the ADF.
Kagame needs to know that Museveni is not stupid to play diplomacy now, Kayihura gave up every little details of Kagame’s moves for his freedom, so Ugandan Intelligence knows what happened and all plans to overflow government.
Why talk to Kagame???
The man is simply asking Uganda to send back people so that he can execute them and place their bodies in Acid.
Pilato dreams that Uganda can allow him to have his way with our security, the skinny guy is joking to demand that Uganda should remove Brig. General Kanduho and Col. Kaka from office simply because they have stopped his plans. Why compromises his security for such cold blooded killer.
The latest killing of a gospel musician is clear indication that Kagame is not the kind of human we should talk to, Pilato just needs a beating.
How did we get to this? Anyone who doesn’t see what is happening to innocent people in Rwanda running for their safety is sick in the head.
