PROF CHARLES KAMBANDA’S RESPONSE TO A NOTORIOUS KAGAMIST GOON AND SYCOPHANT TOM NDAHIRO
1. Qatar has all reasons to morale boost Kagame, as long as he has free money to pump into Qatar’s economy, as he starves Rwandans to death, right?
2. Kagame junta shares a lot in common with Qatar’s absolute ruler(s), correct?
(a) Kagame junta dictates on everything, the same way the absolute Monarchy in Qatar has absolute controls over everything, including business.
(b) Rule of law is a luxury in Quatar the same way rule of law does not exist under Kagame junta.
(c) There is no distinction between the absolute Monarchy’s personal property and Qatar as a country, the same way Kagame owns everything in Rwanda.
(d) Like Qatar, Kagame junta has issues with all its neighboring countries.
3. You are probably aware that while the absolute Monarchy in Qatar has oil money to run their exorbitant regime, Kagame depends on the Sovereign loans he takes from different creditors (conventional or otherwise), to run his exorbitant junta.
Qatar’s absolute ruler does not kill people while Kagame slaughters Rwandans for all and no reasons.
4. Owing to the huge differences between the regime in Qatar and Kagame’s junta, Kagame junta will collapse sooner than later. I doubt Qatar will provide asylum for Kagame when, not if, Rwandans smoke out the bloody junta.
