The area where the alleged attack took place is suspicious:
(1) Kinigi and Burera is predominantly Hutu and anti Kagame stronghold. Kagame, a vicious ethnic militant, has always butchered the people of Kinigi and Burera, to keep their numbers “manageable” as well as terrorizing the survivors of his regular massacres.
2. Kagame’s brutal troops are 24/7on high alert in that part of Rwanda.
a) Is Rwanda at war?
b) Is Kagame butchering Rwandans to find a pretext to attack DRC and kill innocent Rwandan refugees?
