RDF servicemen can’t trust anyone, including their brothers, sons, wives and rats in their house.

LIEUTENANT FIDELI BUGINGO

Lt Fideli Bugingo abruptly collapsed and died while on a mission in Durfur. He had just come from a scheduled patrol and was preparing to go take a shower. He collapsed as he was putting on sandles.

Colleagues responded immediately carried him off the floor to take him to the hospital but he was already dead and dry.

Only a Neurotoxin will kill you this way. In his case and Superintendent Camarade Rukabu, I would say Botulinum toxin was used. The description of the fall and the speed of action tells me:
1. Flaccid paralysis which Botulinum Causes
2. The speed is keeping with the most deadly biological weapon known to man

Lt. Fideli Bugingo was in the 105th Bn which was based in El-Fasher, Durfur on May 8th 2013.

Before him, the following RDF servicemen had died in a similar manner.

A) Pte Callixte Rwagasore of the 6th Bn which was stationed in Tawilla Darfur, died in February 2013.

B) Cpl Nsengiyumva of the 53rd Bn that was based in Zalingei, Darfur in July 2013.

This was a bad time for RDF because soldiers had not yet figured out that discussing the attempted assassination of Gen Nyamwasa in South Africa in June 2010, was signing oneself a death sentence.
Col Dan Munyuza had sent death angels to all Battalions, to listen in to conversations and eliminate all those who brought up this discussion, which would usually happen between only two individuals.

RDF servicemen now know well that you can’t trust anyone, including your brother, son, wife and rats in your house. They will report on you and you will surely die.

President Paul Kagame says this with much confidence that, there is no place to hide his assassination network in this world.
