President Museveni has urged Ugandans to develop a savings culture if they are to become rich like him. Speaking at Mbiriizi Township in Lwengo District at the weekend, the President said he was happy that Lwengo residents had woken up and were beginning to take development issues seriously.
“It is important for you to develop a saving culture. When I speak about saving money, I know what I am talking about because I began saving money from the age of 21 years. It is that money that turned me to the rich man I am today,” Mr Museveni said. FULL STORY
