Below are burial photos of Musabyimana Augustin who died last Sunday while under CID detention in kacyiru, Kigali – Rwanda. His family last saw him on the 9th of June. They were called by the Rwandan police on Monday of 12th June, to be told that there family member, Musabyimana Augustin has committed suicide while in police detention using bed sheets. The family wasn’t told the reasons for the arrest (Kidnapping).
My questions, since when did police centres in Rwanda have bedsheets?? Since when did police stations in Rwanda have hanging points within there cells? This is pure state murder, they kidnapped him, probably tortured him and then killed him…..as I always note, killing as a state policy is totally counter productive.
