For intelligence mouthpiece Kigali Today to pretend that Kagame’s Rwanda is sending food to Burundi is like saying Somalia is dishing out food aid to Kenya. It’s simply sheer fantasie. Hehehe!
They can’t give what they don’t have. Everyday, loads of peasants flee hunger to neigboring Uganda.
The only thing they can export is arms. I suspect they wan’t to smuggle in weapons like they did from Mulindi in 1994 under the cover of supplying firewood.
