From Monday to Sunday, major titles that are splashed in DMI run tabloids are all about Burundi or Uganda. As their usual habit, today, DMI woke up with another sensational story – article. What I can say, criminal Paul Kagame’s intelligence thugs are in pieces at all levels, totally confused. The problem is appointing killers to run a professional institution.
In developed countries, to be hired as an intelligent operative – agent, at least one must be having a degree or certain education standard and must pass series of grilling psychological tests. Mental cases can’t be recruited in this noble profession. In criminal Paul Kagame’s land, the criteria for recruiting agents or being able to qualify for relocation, is on how many innocent people you have killed or how are you ready to kill.
