Vincent Lurquin prevented from seeing Paul Rusesabagina in Rwanda: “This is the first time that the authorities have forbidden me to meet a client”.  Me Vincent Lurquin, Belgian lawyer specializing in humanitarian law, was not authorized, in Kigali, to meet, in prison, the Rwandan opponent of Belgian nationality Paul Rusesabagina, arrested at the end of August in unclear circumstances in Dubai and from there , immediately transported to Rwanda.
