If someone entered on 3 March 2020 and reported symptoms on 18 March 2020 where has this person been for 15 days and can you trace his contacts and their contacts all of these have a high chance of being infected.
A person can affect more than 500 people a day provided he is left free which is the case. I believe rwanda is slowly releasing these numbers and making a very big attempt to spread this virus to Uganda. Rwanda like China is suppressing the press.
There are two incidents in which Rwanda has allowed two suspected infected persons to cross over to Uganda fortunately these individuals have been deportated back to Rwanda by the military.
God must be annoyed with Kagame and Ugandans should be careful with this heartless leader.
