In Nyagatare district, the citizens have found a decapitated body thrown on the side of the road wrapped in 4 bags and that dead person (man) was naked without any ID.
Those who remember well the bodies who were floating in lake Rweru near Burundi.. the bodies were killed in similar manner. They were wrapped in plastic bags with stones attached to them.
Rwanda is led by serial killers..
