After lecturing macroeconomics at Harvard Business School, the King proceeded to Harvard Kennedy School, on 26 February 2016, to lecture politics. King Paul then dropped a bombshell.
According to him Rwanda is a top performer in the world in almost all social and economic categories.
This is how the King put it:
“Rwanda is a top performer, not only in Africa, but globally, on various objective measures of growth, business climate, health, education, crime, anti-corruption, women’s empowerment, trust in public institutions, not to mention perceptions of personal well-being and freedom.”
The last one is the most interesting – imagine Rwanda as a top global performer in freedoms.
