His lawyers reject the terrorism charges and protest against the treatment of their client: “The conditions of his detention are very hard for him and for his health. His relatives assure that the accusations are motivated only by his political positions. According to them, Paul Rusesabagina was even kidnapped by the authorities while he was in Dubai before being forcibly brought back to Rwanda.
