So far, Dr. David Himbara should be commended for his hard work for fighting King Paul’s repressive regime. In my opinion, to all freedom fighters online David Himbara should be elevated to the rank of General mainly because of what he has achieved so far:
- He has forced King Paul to demote Sayinzoga & transfer her to a different position in the prime minister office
- He has chased Kagame out of Canada recently straight back to Rwanda instead of staying in Boston
- He is one of the few Rwandans to appeal in the US Congress where he exposed Kagame as a serial killer
- He has been invited to a lot of TV and Radio Shows like VOA and BBC
- He has played a big role in exposing Kagame in newspapers in Canada & USA like Politico & Huffington Post
- He is one of the few Rwandans who is very popular on the social media
- He was the first person to expose Kagame in UK on Chanel 4 warning them that they were supporting a dictator
I don’t know David Himbara personally but I think that he is the only person who has been able to face Kagame and his repressive regime using his pen effectively as lethal weapon.
Another reason that I admire this guy David Himbara, he could have reacted like many of us Rwandans including myself who have relatives in Rwanda and are afraid to put them in trouble by speaking out. However, David Himbara has two people associated with him who are being tried in the Kangaroo court in Rwanda, his brother Col Tom Byabagamba and his brother-in-law Gen Rusagara.
