Rwanda Stock Exchange Index remains unchanged

The RSE share index (RSI) remained unchanged compared to the previous trading session of 228.69 as the market was quiet today with no trades recorded in comparison to 1,700 BoK shares and 746,000 Bralirwa shares worth Rwf 617,328,500 recorded the previous day.

Last week BoK shares dominated the stock markets giving a major boost to the exchange throughout the week as Bralirwa trailed behind.

However, the BoK and Bralirwa shares prices remained unchanged from last Friday’s closing price of Rwf 235 and Rwf 827 respectively. KCB shares last transacted at Rwf 175 while NMG and Uchumi Supermarket shares last transacted at Rwf 1,200 and Rwf 175 respectively.

At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 198,400 BoK shares between Rwf 230-250 and no outstanding bids.

On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 150,300 shares between Rwf 827-890 and outstanding bids of 1,000 shares at Rwf 815. On KCB counter; there were outstanding bids of 12,400 shares between Rwf 175-180 and no outstanding offers. On NMG counter; was an outstanding bid of 1,000 shares at Rwf 1,200 and no outstanding offers.
