Gen Kabarebe is in another fighting mood, this time he says Uganda was supporting those who committed genocide to take over again in Kigali. He mentions:
1. Major Furuma
2. Major Bizimungu
3. Major Michel Mupende
4. Former President Pasteur Bizimungu
5. Seth Sendashonga.
Here is the problem: All these were senior RPF/A members who fell out with Paul Kagame because following the death of Fred Rwigema, Paul Kagame set out to purge RPF/A of everyone he had not created.
Like I shared before, Gen Kabarebe was at the forefront of this purge.
Many were killed in the bush, those who survived and went to Kigali, either were killed or escaped into exile. This is how the above individuals left Rwanda.
General Kabarebe suggests that Rwanda fought with 8 armies Uganda became enemy number 9 and was shooting RDF from behind in DRC. He says that Uganda was defeated: “It wasn’t only defeated, it was defeated decisively”, Kabarebe says.
Paul Kagame also mentioned that the envoy sent by President Museveni was welcomed because, he said; When someone come to you, you can’t send them away. We told each other what we think but talking is nothing without action. Rwandans are harassed in Uganda, accused of spying, including those who can’t read or write and is looking for survival”.
