Peter Urayeneza’s post:
EDUCATION WITHOUT INFRASTRUCTURES= EDUCATION WITHOUT QUALITY
Education for all in Rwanda remains problematic!!! The regime claims to introduce and implement different policies like ICT promotion through one laptop per child.
One question remains crucial. How can U procure a laptop for a child without, first of all, availing to him/her all necessary basic infrastructures (rooms, electricity, clean water, etc.)?
An example of Rubavu District!!!
More to come in singapore of Africa!!!
Charles Kambanda’s post:
Propaganda can’t prevail. Kagame spends tons of dollars on Western lobbyists who tell lies about every aspect of life in Rwanda. However, the money Kagame spends on telling lies is probably enough to fix a bigger portion of the problems ordinary Rwandan tussle helplessly.
Kagame talks about successful ” one child one laptop” program in a country where about 90% of the population has no access to electricity … many parts of the country have no classrooms … teachers go for more than 2 months without pay … Crazy PR!
The piece herewith, (a) was published by Kagame junta mouthpiece and ( b) confirms what I know to be true about most schools in Rwanda, beyond the few clean main streets of Kigali.
