Rwandans ‘forced to favour’ President Paul Kagame, says ex-PM. Former Rwandan Prime Minister Faustin Twagiramungu has told the BBC that Rwandans are “forced to be in favour” of President Paul Kagame, as the country prepares to head to the polls on Friday.
Mr Twagiramungu, a vocal opponent of President Kagame, was speaking to BBC Africa’s Severine Dieudonne in Belgium, where he lives in exile.
