Rwandans Tracked Kagame With High-Tech Device?

By David Himbara

Never joke with Rwandans. They have developed a device that tracks the whereabouts of their AWOL (Absent Without Official Leave), President Paul Kagame.

The device tracked Kagame to Russia and also to his seat in the Moscow stadium where he was watching a football match. The device did more — it indicated that Kagame left the match in the 70th minute of the game.

As shown above in the image sent by the Made-In-Rwanda device, there is an empty seat next to General Kabarebe where the AWOL President was sitting earlier.

Stay tuned. We are waiting for the next images sent by our Made-In-Rwanda device. As for the AWOL president, he can run but can’t hide.?
