Top Secret leak. Uganda’s Security is instigating a one Deo a former operative in one of the security agencies believed to be involved in Sinister activities against the state
Deo is believed to be working with some rogue elements in SFC, Police and opposition, he has been in meetings at CPS manufacturing defamatory content against security agencies circulating it using subversive websites.
Deo has also been peddling classified information about security setups, security protection details of various principles within the security circles to some questionable online publications.
It’s been confirmed that funding , planning and execution of these projects is from Rwanda’s DMI.
