Rwanda’s economy collapsed instantly this can’t be as a result of Corona alone but it’s a sign that things weren’t going well even before.
This document is proof that the prime minister admits the country can no longer pay its staff so in the bid to reduce administrative cost Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, heads if Public institutions and other heads shall forfeit their salaries of April.
This communication comes on April 5th how do they expect these people to support their families and extended families, this is what we call dictatorship of the highest order because you can’t justify this under employment law since government continues to function.
Don’t expect ministers to object to Pilato but they have come to me crying foul.
Pilato is not simple, meanwhile his kids and their boyfriends and girlfriends continue to enjoy taxpayers money.
