Since 2016 to present, Rwanda’s borders with Burundi are still closed

Today, 15th March 2022, dictator Paul Kagame sent his minister of Defence –  Gen. Maj. Albert Murasira and his external intelligence chief – prolific assassin Col Jean-Paul Nyirubutama to Burundi to deliver a special message to president Evariste Ndayishimiye. 

Since 2016 to present, Rwanda’s borders with Burundi are still closed. On the 7th March 2022, Rwanda opened all its borders with Burundi, but Burundi refused to open their side until certain security issues are resolved.
